37 Hillside is a prime example of what we want our affordable housing developments to achieve for residents. This building provides 164 beautiful, energy efficient, affordable homes for seniors as well as supportive services for those who have experienced homelessness, programming to meet the needs of seniors, and gathering spaces for residents and the community alike. I want to commend Riseboro, Coconut Properties, our colleagues at HDC, and dedicated elected officials for making this project possible.
