About Us
Coconut Properties was formed by three partners, each bringing a unique expertise and perspective to the business. Adam Zeidel, a land use attorney and former head of acquisitions for one New York City’s most active development companies, finds opportunities by studying public policy, zoning maps, and pounding the pavement. Often partnering with longtime owners, Adam seeks to identify and create projects that benefit both the landowner and the local community. Seeking opportunities to incorporate important policy objectives, such as Passive House design in 100% affordable housing buildings, Adam works to tailor land use solutions to a particular project and tap public and private resources to achieve those goals.
Adam is joined by Alexander Tuttle, as COO, and Jeffrey Yick, as Vice President and General Counsel, who also have a legal background and are seasoned in real estate and construction matters, including financing, acquisitions, sales, design and construction contracts, and litigation.
Rounding out the leadership team is Brad Cronk as Vice President of Design and Construction. Brad is a licensed architect and project manager with nearly 30 years of experience who oversees all aspect of the development process.
